Terms & Conditions:

•If the participant cancels their ticket up to 15 days  before the seminar, they will receive a 50% refund. If the cancellation is made within the last 15 days before seminar , no refund will be provided!

ALL SPECIAL TICKETS FOR THE EVENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE EARLY BIRD TICKETS, THE PRE-EARLY BIRD TICKETS, AS WELL AS ALL DISCOUNTED OR SPECIAL OFFER TICKETS, ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

•A full refund of tuition will be given if the event is canceled. However, the event is not responsible for any refunds related to flights or accommodation expenses.

•The event is not legally or financially responsible for any injury, theft, loss, or damage to the registrant’s personal belongings.

Payments:

•The organizers provide the possibility of buying a ticket package in one currency: EURO (EUR). Prices are detailed in the offer at www.dotheworkintensive.com . 

Prices include all components, including VAT and customs duty.

•The organizers are not responsible for any extra costs, currency differences, or bank provisions deducted during the bank transfer. Only the actual, final amount credited to the recipient’s bank account will be honored during the registration process.

Dance Workshops:

•Dance workshops are understood as dance classes, which are available to people who have bought ticket packages. Workshop packages mentioned above do not include accommodation, meals, or transport to the venue and back. The organizers provide participants with participation in dance workshops (the number of workshops related to a purchased package) .

Insurance:

•By purchasing a ticket, the participant declares that the state of their health allows for participation in the event. In the case of illness during the event, the participant releases the doctors treating them, both at home and abroad, from the duty of confidentiality of medical terms, and the insurer agrees to provide their medical records.
